I've heard OF this band, but not heard there stuff.

They have an album called "Bats from Jack In A Box"... from japan.

Does anybody know any sites where i can hear some of the stuff or have any info on them?? i did a google search and just got loads of porn links lol

I have two of their cds, the first was released on an indie Japanese label entitled "Jack & the Box" and is pretty rare. They used to have a way over the top image but scaled down in the late 90's. Their music is pretty much pop with glam guitars. Pretty good but still mostly in Japanese if you dont mind.

Maybe it's just me but they reminded me of a Japanese version of Hollywood Teasze and Heart Throb Mob. I really like this band [img]smile.gif[/img]

Man, I just got Billy & The Sluts and it absolutely rocks. I think the CD I have may be self-titled... unless the title is in Japanese (which I cannot read).

I took a punt on the cd just cos of the bands picture and boy did it pay off. Sounds like heart throb mob... althouhg recorded in a studio instead of a tin shed.

Anyone know where I can get the 'bats' cd? (Original, not cdr or mp3). I WANT MORE!!!!

thanks for the info marky.

the picutre you attached above is the picture on the front cover of the cd I have. It has a red/maroon border with japanese writing in it. I cannot see an album title in English.

Do you know which album this would be?
